Enter the Small Producer Quality Food Awards today!

The Small Producer Quality Food and Drink Awards, in partnership with Co-op, is a new initiative designed to help get small producers in front of the people that matter. 

All entries will receive feedback from an expert panel of judges, and the winner will receive a local/national listing in Co-op stores, and much more!

Join our friendly stained glass group who will teach you how to work with glass - help us to create pieces for the Barn as well as your own piece!
All sessions are from 9.45 until 1.15pm upstairs in The Peel Centre on the following dates:

Poetry Workshop: Words are Windows

Celebrate the first ever National Writing Day with a fun and friendly workshop hosted by Fleet Arts.

Join former Derbyshire Poet Laureate River Wolton to explore real and imagined views, and discover new perspectives with pen and paper. Newcomers to writing are welcome.

Join us at Fleet Arts in Belper to work with professional artist Deb Allitt to learn and develop drawing and painting skills. Taking inspiration from a range of artists, Deb will support and guide you towards creating your own still life composition based on flowers, plants, ceramics, etc.

Artcore introduce Our Stories

Artcore would like to introduce Our Stories - free family workshops, led by professional artists every Tuesday at our main site, on Charnwood Street in Derby.

The workshops run from 10 am to 12 pm and are aimed at bringing individuals together from the local Normanton community especially during the summer holidays.

Anyone who enjoys a friendly an creative atmosphere is welcome to join and will find a supportive group, a cup of tea and a chat.

Life of Brian …

DOLL'S HOUSE productions present a comedy musical ‘Whatever Happened To Brian’ at the Green Man Gallery, Buxton, on July 12 and 20th at 7-30pm, as part of Buxton Festival Fringe.

With theatre band ‘The Sounds Bizzare,’ it is the story of a man whose life has slid ever downhill since childhood.

Unmissable Amateur Shows at Derby LIVE

Derby LIVE is pleased to present a number of amateur theatre productions that will be taking place at Derby’s Guildhall Theatre this spring. Kaleidoscope Players, The Watson Players and Big Adventures Youth Theatre will be entertaining audiences with a range of shows from musicals to murder mysteries.

Pride and Prejudice in Buxton

Audiences are welcomed to once again take a step back in time with Chapterhouse Theatre Company, when they perform their production of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice at the Pavilion Arts Centre.
