Junction Arts - Managing Director
Junction Arts are seeking a new Managing Director. The ideal candidate will lead the charity, deliver its vision and be responsible to the Board on all matters of strategy, policy development and management.
Junction Arts is a participatory arts charity (based in Chesterfield), engaging communities across Bolsover District, North East Derbyshire, Chesterfield and rural areas of the East Midlands for over 45 years. We are looking for an inspirational leader to manage the day-to-day activities of the organisation and deliver on our mission, supporting our ambitions for growth across the next three years and beyond.
Job Title: Managing Director
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
This is a full time, permanent role
Location: Based at Junction Arts (Chesterfield). Due to the nature of this role, regular travel will be required
Hours of work: 37.5 hrs per week.
Holidays: 25 + Bank Holidays
The probation period is 6 months, appointment is subject to satisfactory references.
