Dronfield Arts Festival 2020:

Phew! We've only just recovered from this year's Arts Festival, but planning for next year's event has already started. Remember to save the date - 1st to 4th May.

But before then, if you have any feedback from this year, we'd love to hear from you. Is there something you'd like to see for next time? What did you enjoy and what do you think we could improve on? Please send your comments to admin@dronfieldartsfestival.co.uk, or, alternatively, fill out a survey card at the Barn and put it in our feedback collector!

Artisan and Producers' Market
Sunday 2nd June, 10am-3pm

Our ever popular Artisan and Producers' Market returns this Sunday - come along and support the usual great range of stallholders located both in the Barn and in our gardens. Children's craft activities will also be running from 10am-2pm, so join our volunteers and learn to make your own father's day cards, rockets, kites, decorate plant pots and more. Just £2 per child.

Swifts Are in Trouble - So How Can We Help?
Wednesday 5th June, 7:30pm
£4 (£2 for Friends)

Our programme of Dronfield Wildlife & Natural History Group talks continues as Nick Brown, from the Derbyshire Swift Conservation Project, joins us at the Barn to give a talk entitled "Swifts are in trouble - so how can we help?"

Dry Stone Walling Workshops

The first week of this year's dry stone walling workshops starts at the end of June. Learn the history and technique of walling at the Barn on the first day of the workshop (9:30am-12:30pm), before travelling to Ridgeway Side, Stanage Edge, Hathersage on the second day (9:30am-3pm) to put what you have learned into practice! These sessions usually fill up quickly, so book now to avoid missing out. The same workshop will also be held on Tuesday 2nd-Wednesday 3rd, and Tuesday 9th-Wednesday 10th July.
