I'm based in Alfreton and cover around a 15 mile radius for face-to-face appointments, a little further for group workshops, and country-wide for Zoom sessions.
I'm fully insured and am a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists, as well as holding a Level 5 qualification in Life Coaching with NLP.

As a Weleda Advisor, I can offer advice on our full range of natural, ethical and sustainable skin care, body care, and medicinal products. Wellness and Skincare consultations are free and currently done via zoom, as are events if you'd like to get together for a pamper evening virtually with friends. Eventually I hope to be able to attend fairs and markets with a stall of goodies, and would love to help with any local fundraising.
