A Window into the Amazing

A Window into the Amazing

Marketing Derby has launched a new magazine to showcase the creativity and success of business in Derby and Derbyshire.

Innovate brings together stories aimed at three key markets, Bondholders, businesses and investors.

Features in the inaugural issue include the transformation at Bondholder Derbyshire County Cricket Club, the impact of fellow Bondholder Katapult on themed attractions across the globe, the regeneration of the DRI site, by Bondholder Wavensmere Homes, and an insight into Melbourne-based drinks company Bondholder Highfield Drinks Group.

Lead story - called Restoration Man - is a detailed interview with entrepreneur Paul Hurst, who has a thirst for saving iconic Cathedral Quarter institutions, first Bondholder The Old Bell Hotel and more recently Bennett's.

John Forkin, MD of Marketing Derby commented "We are incredibly excited to open this new chapter and Innovate is packed with 80 pages of inspiration from businesses, large and small, city and county. Every reader will discover something they simply didn't know. It can hopefully put into a broader context the massive challenges we are facing today with the Covid-19. It's sobering to think our Talking Business roundtable focused on 2020 as an age of disruption without mention or knowledge of the virus to come".

Innovate has been produced for Marketing Derby by Bondholder Steve Hall Communications who has brought together a talented team to create a top quality product.

Steve says: "I am proud to be part of such an inspiring project, which offers a window into the amazing and inspiring Derby and Derbyshire business sector."

"Innovate magazine has been created to showcase the work of brilliant Bondholders and local companies, as well as profiling the talented individuals leading them.”

Innovate - which is to be produced three times a year - will be delivered direct to all Marketing Derby Bondholders and will soon be available online as well as in selected business hubs.
