We Have Lift Off! New Brand but not new to the Digital Marketing Scene
We’ve been busy beavering away setting up a new brand to help us kick-start 2021 and wave goodbye to 2020. Introducing Destination Digital; a new brand, but a digital marketing agency that’s not new to the scene.
Led by Managing Director Debbie Porter who has over 25 years’ experience in the Internet industry, Destination Digital is a digital marketing agency that specialises in consumer facing brand marketing with an enviable list of clients across the UK and Europe.
We work directly with brands to work on specific projects or channels, or we team up with PR agencies and web designers to put together top-flight multi-disciplinary marketing teams for brands that are on the rise. For many of our clients we work in collaboration with other digital marketing businesses to provide a suite of support that's in the best interests of our mutual client.
You will no doubt have heard of many of the consumer brands Debbie and her team have worked with. HECK foods, Mr Fothergill Seeds, Faith In Nature, HUUB Design and Darlac Tools are all household name brands that have got under our skin after years of collaborative working, and they are brands that have become embedded in our day-to-day activities.
Many of our new clients come to us by word of mouth. With referrals on by clients and associates past and present, we feel that we must be doing something right. The reputation we hold is important to us and we seek to uphold that reputation by always working above and beyond for our clients to gain the results they need to push their businesses forward. And this is why we’ve worked with many of our clients for many years.
The people who come to us for help usually know what they want and have a good idea about where they need to get to. They just don’t have the resources or the in-house knowledge to get them where they need to be. We step in to plug a gap and then get ourselves embedded in the team to truly absorb that business’ brand values.
We don’t have lengthy lock in contracts with our clients. We don’t believe we need them. If our relationship is working out well, that’s all that both parties need. If we aren’t a good fit for each other, we like to have that conversation laid out on the table so that we can part as friends. Consequently our client churn is very low.
We are grown-ups. We’ve been in this business for a long time. We are dependable and trustworthy in an industry that is mired in mystery and hard to understand techniques and complex charging mechanisms.
We seek to have open and honest relationships with our clients at all times, Because this is what we believe produces the best results. If something isn’t working, we say. If a direction we are travelling in isn’t the right one, we talk about it. And we don’t like to take credit for things that aren’t down to us. So our reports and feedbacks don’t come in great lists of self praise, but focus on all the factors that might have produced a good result for our clients to help them make good decisions about where to spend their marketing money.
Marketing is it a holistic part of a wider program of activity. The dark heart of PR turn off and bring in direct results for a brand. Our activities seek to harness that to maximise exposure gained.
Equally marketing initiatives led by a client, that they might not necessarily see as marketing but he is definitely part of the marketing mix, turn off and they bring good results for a brand. When this happens we tell you so that you can do more of it.
The answer isn’t often as simple as do this marketing and it will equal new sales. A whole world of externally influencing factors ring success for clients and it’s our job to help amplify those successes whenever we can and without a territorial need to stake a claim on those successes exclusively.
