We’re constantly searching for excellent work from new artists or negotiating excellent new work from artists we currently represent.

Because we’re trying to source the highest quality work in each category to exhibit in the gallery – painting, prints, sculpture, ceramics, glass – the same high quality characteristics are often reflected in different art forms. Work which is complimentary, or which works well together, happens frequently, often unintentionally

A good example of outstanding work which seems to draw inspiration from similar sources is the work of Rachel Wood and the paintings of John Paul Cook. Rachel's work refers to landscape, but to the remembered landscape of her visits to Australia - the earhty colours, the geological stratification, all evocative of another world. John's work is also about landscape but his is an interior world, evocative, dreamlike...
