Rock along with The Hollies at Derby Arena

Derby LIVE are excited to announce that The Hollies will be coming to Derby Arena in autumn next year. Join the legendary icons of British rock on Saturday 16 October 2021 at 8pm for a brand new tour of their brilliantly crafted songs in The Road is Long.

The Hollies are celebrated as one of the most influential bands from the 60s British Invasion era, alongside the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, and have had over 20 world-wide hits. Famed for their soaring, distinctive melodies, The Road Is Long tour will see the band perform their best known hits including The Air That I Breathe, Long Cool Woman, Bus Stop, Carrie-Anne and Sorry Suzanne. Their cultivated musicianship along with The Hollies’ extensive catalogue of memorable tunes has ensured the longevity of this iconic group.

The line-up includes powerhouse drummer Bobby Elliott, and singer, songwriter, and lead guitarist Tony Hicks, both of whom are original members of the band. They are joined by lead singer Peter Howarth, as well as bass player Ray Stiles, keyboardist Ian Parker, and Steve Lauri on rhythm guitar.

Tickets for The Road Is Long are priced at £88-£33 and are limited to 6 per customer. Tickets go on sale to existing Derby LIVE customers on Thursday 10 December at 10am, and will be released for general sale at 10am on Friday 11 December.
