Platinum Jubilee Celebrations in Derbyshire Libraries
Derbyshire County Council is preparing to support a programme of activities across the whole county in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
The Council has received a grant from Arts Council England’s Let’s Create Jubilee Fund for activities in libraries to celebrate the Jubilee and is inviting artists to put forward creative proposals for these activities.
Artists are invited to submit creative outline proposals in any art form for family activities to be held in June 2022 in a minimum of five of Derbyshire’s libraries.
This includes but not exclusively:
- Literature
- Poetry
- Dance
- Music
- Visual art
- Film
- Digital
- Performance, etc.
Funding of £2,300 is available and the deadline for submissions is 16th February 2022.
