One Moon - A Human Wave of Connectivity

Would you like to be part of something special at Derby Festé this year? Jen has been commissioned to create an event called One Moon which will take place on Friday 27 September. Meet us at Derby Cathedral at 6.00pm where there will be live hang pan and cello music with a Hubbub Movement performance under the Museum of the Moon. We will then lead people out to create a Human Wave connecting the moon at Derby Cathedral to the River Derwent through Cathedral Green. One Moon reminds us that, no matter who we are and where we come from, we live together as human beings on one planet under one moon.

We’d love you to join us... everyone is welcome. If you’d like to learn the movements and create a Moon, Space and Tides inspired headpiece you can get information here. Please share with your family, friends and any groups you work with.

There will also be a workshop for people who would like to support the wave. This will take place at Déda on Wednesday 25 September 4.30-6.00pm. For any more information please contact us.
