HUUB Meets Hurricane Hannah’s Training Kit Needs

Triathlon kit designers HUUB have come to the aid of Paralympian athlete Hannah Cockroft MBE to provide training kit to match her exact requirements.

‘Hurricane Hannah’ announced her need for a kit sponsor on her return from the Rio 2016 Paralympics where she won three Gold medals in the T34 100m, 400m and 800m adding to her double Gold medal tally at London 2012.

She has since been working with HUUB on her own requirements for aerodynamic kit to continue her training – particularly in the run up to the World Para Athletics Championships in London (July 14.23).

Hannah, who is the world record holder across the T34 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m distances, is now sporting HUUB’s new Tana range of high performance training kit for female athletes which has been designed in partnership with Tana Ramsay.

HUUB founder and owner Dean Jackson explained: “Hannah expressed her desire to have a kit sponsor after Rio 2016 and we contacted her to see what we could do.

“We have worked with her to develop training kit that meets her own specific requirements alongside the design and launch of the new Tana range.

“The range has been launched following extensive research and consultation with female athletes who told us that they wanted a high performance alternative to existing training kit.

“Not only have we hit the right buttons with Hannah’s training kit requirements, but I think we are also spot on with the full Tana range.

“Hannah is a fantastic role model to athletes of all ages and will be one of the high profile ‘faces’ of the Tana range moving forward.

“We are delighted that a percentage of sales from this collection will be donated to charities aligned with The Ramsay Foundation of whom we are proud supporters.”

Hannah said: Hannah said "I was thrilled when HUUB stepped forward to support me on the road to the London 2017 Para athletics World Championships and beyond.

“The Tana range has proved perfect for me in terms of comfort, style and speed and I have already broken five World Records this year whilst wearing the kit - showing the benefit and importance of well tested competition clothing.”
