Arriving in February is Process and Progress: The Creative Journeys of Ronald Pope and the Artists of the Jonathan Vickers Fine Art Award. Process and Progress explores the journeys of modernist sculptor Ronald Pope (1920-1997) and a series of artists who have all won the Jonathan Vickers Fine Art Award in the last 19 years.

You've heard of Greenwich Mean Time, but what about Derby Mean Time? Don't miss the latest exhibition at Pickford's House, where artist Tim Shore looks at the legacy of John Flamstead (1646-1719), the first Astronomer Royal.

October saw the launch of two fantastic new exhibitions for the Japanese Season of Culture, Japanese Ghosts and Demons: Woodblock Prints from the Ashmolean Museum and Powerful Nature: Inspiring Japanese Art and Culture. Displaying everything from dancing skeletons to a rare suit of Samurai armour, you won't want to miss these stunning exhibitions, both on until 26 January.
