BEAR partners with Jack Wills

 

Bondholder and independent coffee house and bar operator, BEAR, has announced plans to open its first London site in partnership with high-street fashion brand Jack Wills.

The collaboration is set to launch in Spring 2019 within Jack Wills’ flagship store, located just off Carnaby Street, Soho.

Craig Bunting, co-founder of BEAR said: “We are really excited to be launching our first London store in partnership with Jack Wills. Our vision is to reinvent the modern retail experience, offering the highest quality coffee during the day with an alternative bar experience in the evenings, all served by skilled, passionate staff.

County Show returns

Bondholder The Derbyshire County Show has announced that this year’s Show will return to its spiritual home of Elvaston Showground on 23rd June 2019.

 

 

 

 

 


Bondholder Sally Montague Hair Group is opening its seventh salon inside the David Lloyd Derby club. The salon will be opening in late March and will also be open for non-member appointments. The team is going to be formed of existing stylists and therapists plus new members which are currently being recruited.

It will be offering both hair and spa treatments and the salon will be open every day with early morning and evening appointments available to suit the gym schedule. 
 


Bondholders Salloway Property Consultants and FHP Property Consultants are working together to broker deals for the final three units at Victory Park, which is set to become one of Derby’s most successful commercial developments following the submission of a planning application for its final phase.

The scheme of three new industrial units will be ready for occupation by the end of the year. 

The business park, situated next to Rolls-Royce’s civil aerospace campus, has already attracted high-profile companies such as Gardner Aerospace, Intertek, Western Power Distribution and Seamers Joinery.
