Art Workshops 2020 at St John Gallery in Ashbourne

Are you a serious artist who is looking for inspiration or want to explore new techniques, or do you just want to have fun trying out your creative skills? You are sure to find something that will suit your needs perfectly amongst the exciting variety of art workshops we have lined up for 2020.
 
No less than 11 experienced and renowned local artists have something special to offer – choose from a range of landscape courses, animal paintings, still lifes, folk art, lino cutting, mono printing, drawing, water colours, pastels, art appreciation, creative journalling and photography classes. Explore different mediums and techniques in acrylic, oil, water colour, pastel, mixed media, egg tempera and collage. 
 
The workshops are from 1 to 3 days, depending on the artist and the topic, mostly from 10:00am to 4:00pm. 
 
The cost of our workshops for 2020 will be £80 per person per day (except where otherwise stated) which includes a two-course lunch served by our café, as well as morning and afternoon refreshments. 
All the workshops are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
