Writing East Midlands is the literature development agency for the region with a regular and ongoing programme of events in Derbyshire. We support writers of all ages and at various stages in their careers, connecting them with opportunities, and helping them to help themselves.

We also believe that engaging with literature in innovative ways, can bring people from different backgrounds closer together.
