MEMBER: Tissington Craft Fairs

Tissington Craft Fairs are thoughtfully curated and focus solely on handcrafted and independently designed products, giving each maker a chance to shine.

The high standard of artisans and products you will find on each of our 11 stalls is guaranteed to exceed your expectations of a smaller market. The friendly, yet relaxed atmosphere will allow you to browse products at your own pace and enjoy chatting directly with each maker to learn more about their inspiration, creative process and any bespoke options available.

Steeped in history, Tissington Village is located just 3.5 miles from the popular market town of Ashbourne in the Derbyshire Peak District. The Tissington estate has been privately owned by the FitzHerbert family since the 1460’s and we feel privileged to hold our markets in such a special and unique location.

Each craft fair takes place in Tissington Village Hall, which is located opposite the village duck pond. The historic building has been given a fresh, modern update inside and you will find the craft fairs here regularly between April and October. The building benefits from a Wi-Fi connection and means that many of our stallholders can easily accept card payments.

There is free entry for visitors to all of our craft fairs and dogs are more than welcome to meet our makers too!

Although there are steps up to the main entrance, alternative access is available for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility upon request. Disabled toilet facilities are also available.

If you are interested in becoming one of our stallholders or would like further details, please complete the “Stallholder Applications” form on our website.
