We are a gourmet mushroom grower based in Coxbench, Derbyshire. We supply fresh, handpicked mushrooms to local cafes, restaurants, farm shops, farmers markets and directly to the general public.

We grow on locally sourced straw and recycled used coffee grounds from local coffee shops that would otherwise end up in landfill. We grow indoors in specially constructed grow rooms which create the perfect safe environment for the mushrooms to thrive.

We supply our mushrooms in home compostable packaging.
