Rob Hart - Solo Show & Secret Postcard Show info

The gallery is currently closed whilst Rob Hart's Solo show is being installed. We re-open on 26th June from 11-5pm - all welcome!

Rob won the galleries annual open solo show prize during the first lockdown in 2020. The show has been postponed/rescheduled several times and I'm excited that the exhibition will finally go ahead. There are over 40 pieces of work within the exhibition, and it promises to be a great show! The catalogue of work will be available to view via our website once the show has opened.

Also the submission dates for the annual Secret Postcard Show at the gallery are getting ever closer! And the website has all the information about the forthcoming call out and how to submit work.

Since the opening of the gallery in 2017 The Old Lock Up Gallery has hosted it’s highly successful Secret Postcard Show. The exhibition is now in it’s 5th year and we’re extremely excited as the submission dates become ever closer.

The exhibition is a fundraiser for the gallery and an arts charity - without this show the gallery was sure to have had to have closed in it’s first year of opening. It continues to support the future of the gallery.

Year after year artists have wholeheartedly supported us by donating their postcard sized original art work to the show!
