Peak district fine-dining fundraiser for Ukraine on June 22nd, with celeb chef Marco Pierre White guest appearance
Peak Edge to hold Ukrainian charity fundraising evening featuring celeb chefs on June 22nd
- Following the group’s ‘Coffee for Ukraine’ and staff fundraising and collection days, The Peak Edge Hotel is hosting a fundraising evening for the Ukraine crisis on June 22nd.
- 100% of proceeds from the event, priced at £65 p/person, will be donated directly to the British Red Cross Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
- The evening features a three-course meal with a guest appearance from Marco Pierre White, live entertainment, and a silent auction.
Peak Edge Hotel, Chesterfield, will be hosting a charity evening with all proceeds being donated directly to supporting the crisis in Ukraine.
On Wednesday 22nd June, premium food specialists and wholesalers The Food Heroes, home of Pierre Koffmann’s Potatoes, will partner with Derbyshire supplier of fine ingredients to the catering trade Winster Foods, for an evening dedicated to raising money for the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. 100% of proceeds from the night will be donated directly to the British Red Cross Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
With arrival from 7pm, the evening will include a three-course meal from the 2 AA rosette awarded Red Lion at Peak Edge restaurant, live entertainment, and silent auction, alongside a special guest appearance from celebrity chef Marco Pierre White. Tickets for the evening are priced at £65 per person.
The evening will follow on from ongoing efforts by Peak Edge and owner, Steve Perez to support the crisis, including recent ‘Coffee for Ukraine’ fundraising days and staff collections to gather goods to send to those affected. Steve has furthered efforts by welcoming several Ukrainian families over the summer into his home in Derbyshire – part of the growing Ukrainian community in Chesterfield.
