October In The Loop at Straight Curves

It's been a super busy September and its vanished quicker than quick and without wanting to get reprimanded the C word is fast approaching... and we have lots of different workshops to help you make your handmade Christmas this year most of which are in November.

We have a few new workshops for you as well including sketching with Watercolours with Lisa, Animal pots with Clare and knitted festive decorations with Joanne too. Plus we are in the process of bringing back some old favourites including beaded snowflakes, loom knitted hat and wet felted slippers all are already bookable online.

We now have 3 more lovely shades of Stylecraft Batik Swirls in the studio to purchase at £10 for 200g ball. We have our new life model Sandi starting tomorrow and the session is sold out already - but there is space on November if you missed out this month. Our Home Education sessions are also selling out for the rest of the year so get your places booked in advance. We have no children's party slots left til 2020 either but we are already taking bookings for Jan, Feb and the rest of next year.

If you would like to hold a festive meet and make at the studio for your work colleagues, friends or family please get in touch soon as we have limited availability for these party style sessions this year. 

We are sad to say that Lis our lovely mosaic tutor will be running her last workshops for us on Sat 19th October and there are still a handful of places left. 

This year we are excited to be out and about at some new events and old favourites too including; Santa rides on Chesterfield Miniature railway, Deer Park School Christmas Fair, Barrow Hill Roundhouse festive family day and before then in the Chesterfield Museum running spooky sessions on Monday 28th October.
