Audience Engagement Officer
£21,589 (Full-time @ 35 hrs per week/flexi time)
Responsible for managing and implementing the audience engagement and marketing plans for all Live & Local programmes using a mix of traditional, digital and engagement marketing techniques including supporting our network of local promoters and managing our Marketing and Publicity Assistant.
You should have a passion for the arts, be efficient and enthusiastic with good planning, organisation and communication skills. You will have good literacy and numerical skills, an eye for design and a high level of computer skills. Minimum two years relevant experience is essential.
You will work across all aspects of communications and engagement including social media, digital channels, media relations, publications and events and also support the delivery of our communications plan.

Marketing & Publicity Assistant
£18,065 (Full-time @ 35 hrs per week/flexi time)
You will support the Audience Engagement Officer across all aspects of our marketing and engagement including social media, digital channels, media relations, print, publications and events and support the delivery of our communications plan.
You should be an efficient and enthusiastic person with good organisational, communication and computer skills, a friendly personality, good literacy and numeracy abilities and an interest in the arts. Some experience of working within a team environment and of publicity and/or promotional practices and of social media for marketing/communications is essential; within an arts context is desirable.
