The Ladybrook Singers present "Seasons of Song"

The Ladybrook Singers present "Seasons of Song" with Chapel High School Choir on 9th July at 7:30 pm, St John's Church, Buxton.

Award winning choir, the Ladybrook Singers will perform at the upcoming Buxton Fringe Festival.  The programme includes pieces by Elgar, Rutter and a selection from the popular show Les Miserables. They will be ably conducted by Alison Bletcher, known to many in the Buxton area.  The choir has only just returned from an overseas tour of Holland where they delighted audiences in Amsterdam, The Hague and Noordwijk.

If you haven't heard the choir before you will be thrilled by the wonderful harmonies and joyous singing.  And, you will see why the choir took home two silver trophies at a recent festival for their rendition of "What a Wonderful World" and the haunting "Seal Lullaby".  Chapel High School choir, who recently performed "Calamity Jane", will add a dash of youthful exuberance to what promises to be a thoroughly entertaining evening.

Tickets £8.00 (child £2.00).  Available on the door and Buxton Opera House box office. Enquiries:  01663 763386,  www.ladybrooksingers.co.uk.
