‘Sculptures of Hope’
In these very strange times, and as the nights draw in towards winter, I thought it particularly important to make some work that was optimistic. So, I have been working on these small figures I would like to think that they might act as little domestic beacons of hope in these rather troubling days. Or if your home needs something a little larger, this ‘Blossom Hare’ sculpture will remind you of warmer, Spring weather to come.

These and other new sculptures and prints are available from my website now.

New Sculptures and Prints by Jeremy James, The Bircham Gallery, from 10th October, 2020. This month I will be showing new work at one of favourite galleries, The Bircham Gallery in Holt, North Norfolk. Opening on Saturday 10th October, there will be new horse and rider sculptures, hawks on towers and new bird prints beautifully displayed in this lovely market town venue. If you can’t make it to Norfolk, never mind, have a look at the galleries website, where the work can be seen and purchased.

‘Digital Craft Festival’ 27th-29th November 2020

In an exciting new venture for me, I will be taking part in my first ‘virtual fair.’ Organised by the same people that host the Bovey Tracey Contemporary Craft Festival, ‘The Digital Craft Festival’ will take place over 3 days in late November. I am producing an entirely new body of work especially for this, and all will be available to buy only online. I also have plans to be showing demonstrations from my studio…and there is even a live interview being planned…..more details on all of this soon!
