Dronfield Arts Festival's Open Art Exhibition Open Now!

This year, in light of the current situation, Dronfield Arts Festival is now hosting its popular Open Art Exhibition as an online event!

Although the exhibition is not currently able to take place in the Barn's gallery, we are now sharing the artwork online on the Dronfield Arts Festival website, so you can still enjoy a fantastic selection of unique pieces created by some of our most talented artists, living and working in and around Dronfield.

The diverse array of styles and mediums on display reflects the varied backgrounds of the entrants, like award-winning artist Carole Slinn, whose modern, mixed-media artwork focuses on an individual’s personal history and how this influences their identity. Heron Publications, this year’s festival patrons, will also be awarding the two most outstanding pieces of art with the titles of “Best in Show” and “Highly Commended.”

If you do happen to fall in love with one of the paintings, or are looking to treat someone special, you’ll be pleased to know that all original artwork currently being exhibited in the online gallery, is also available for purchase.
