Derby QUAD: Digital Participatory Artist in Residence Opportunity 2021/22

QUAD invites expressions of interest for UK based artists or creative educators to undertake a practice based Digital Participatory Residency at QUAD, in Derby.

The Digital Participation Artist in Residence programme is for artists who are engaged with the theory and practice of innovative digital arts practices and research. For 2021-22, we are particularly interested in supporting practitioners who have adopted digital practices following the covid-19 pandemic.

We are looking for someone who is happy to share their ideas with the public through workshops, as appropriate, and who wants to develop their work in a creative supportive environment. QUAD has an artist’s studio and digital studio facilities available, but we are also happy for the residency to equally be undertaken digital through remote working. The residency will also be supported by experienced members of the QUAD programme team.

The residency will need to take place between Jan – Mar 2022. Deadline to apply: 30 November 2021.
