This new page was created to give authors and illustrators a platform to talk about their work, in their own words!

If you're interested in being feature on the Author & Illustrators videos page, please submit a short video to the email address mentioned below. Your video could take the form of an intro into some of your work, or even an interview.

Timms Solicitors Support Carousel-Inspired Arts Trail

Timms Solicitors, which has offices in Burton, Swadlincote, Ashby and Derby have pledged support for the next innovative Burton arts trail which will come to the town centre next summer.

Zoo Partnership Enhances Students’ Practical Skills

Foundation degree Animal Management students at Derby College Group’s Broomfield Hall are now able to gain valuable work experience thanks to a new collaborative partnership between the College and Drayton Manor Zoo.

FdSc Animal Management (Zoo and Wildlife) students will work on a range of different sections at the zoo near Tamworth which is a 15 acre open plan site with more than 100 different species from all over the world including endangered species.
