SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK

High Peak Community Arts is excited to be presenting an outdoor performance of William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night in the beautiful High Lea Park, New Mills, on Sunday September 24th 2017, 4-6pm.

The play will be performed by the renowned acting company The Three Inch Fools.

The Three Inch Fools are five actors who, with all manner of musical instruments, present an inventive take on Shakespeare’s rib-ticklingly good comedy of old fashioned trickery and mistaken identity.

Cara Dillon in Buxton in September

Cara Dillon admirers and new fans are in for a treat when this extraordinary Irish singer returns with her solo album at Buxton Opera House.

It’s been five years since the world last heard from Cara. Taking time off to embrace motherhood and combat serious illness, she retreated from the live circuit. She continued to record with her husband and collaborator Sam Lakeman to return with not only a new album but also a new record label.
