William Lennon & Co. Ltd is a 4th generation family business producing hand-crafted leather boots and shoes using traditional methods for over 119 years.
Based in the old corn mill in the village of Stoney Middleton, the company now sell their footwear all over the world. Started in 1897 as a small cottage industry working to repair and remake boots for the limestone quarry industry the company still produces boots using the unique method of brass screwing wire to fix the uppers to the soles, and welcome visitors to the factory to see the production process.
