Established by Helen Sutcliffe and based in Matlock, Serenity offers regular Yoga classes in and around the area as well as a Yoga Teacher Training Course. Serenity also provides a range of complementary and holistic therapies to suit group and individual needs, tailored courses for both business and education to promote improved health and performance.
