PAPRIKA is the brainchild of Esther Morrison. She is the creator of Foodie Friday, the award-winning (Manchester Food and Drink Festival Best Popup Event 2016) monthly, street food and music event that has transformed Stockport town centre's night-time economy and reputation.

Food is the universal language of communities. It is non-judgemental and inclusive, bringing people together across faith, race and gender, income and education.
