Gallery in the Gardens is a permanent exhibition by 45 selected local artists and craftspeople - all members of the High Peak Artists group. Work for sale includes paintings, printmaking, photography, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, wood & glass.
You won't find any of our items in the High Street, so for a lovingly produced, hand crafted piece of artwork, do visit the gallery.
Open every day except 24th Dec - 1st Feb, it's part of the beautiful Pavilion Gardens complex in Buxton, adjacent to the Tourist Information Centre and is staffed by artists from the group. Exhibitors include renowned local artists such as Eric Wilson, Howard Levitt, Ingrid Katarina Karlsson, Pauline Townsend, Yvonne Oates, Jill Kerr and many more.
The gallery is friendly and accessible with work priced to suit all pockets. A special programme of short term exhibitions can also be seen in our sister mezzanine gallery - the Art Café - which is situated above the Pavilion Gardens Café.
