Come and join in the fun at the 2015 Heart of the Forest Dragon Boat Race on Sunday 6th September 2015 at Albert Village Lake.

All you need to do is get together a team of up to 19 people and reserve your boat for £425, that's just £21.25 per person for a full team. Once you have booked your boat you can start raising money for a CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE.

This event is great for corporate days, team building, raising money for specific charities close to your heart. Best of all it's a truly fun family day out with something for everyone to get involved with from clowns and bouncy castles through to a bar for the adults!

Dragon Boats are 12 metres long decorated with a traditional dragon's head, tail and drum. Each boat can have between 10-16 paddlers providing the power plus a drummer to beat a steady rhythm and teams also include 2 reserve spots. The Dragons are then raced against each other over a short distance in an energetic display providing a fun and exciting race for all ages (must be over 12 years old) and abilities.
