Steve Bryan of Eagle Estate Planning is a Paralegal specialising in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Concentrating on preparing the perfect bespoke Will for clients so that their wishes are carried out and the people who they want to inherit their life successes are able to, is the main business objective.

Steve developed the Safeguarding Adults arrangements in Derby from a low base in 2008 setting the foundations for the current arrangements and then building stronger partnerships to protect vulnerable adults.

Leading the implementation network for the Mental Capacity Act across Derbyshire between 2008 and 2012 is one of the personal and professional successes that Steve reflects upon.

The career pathway has took Steve along many journeys and the quest for increased knowledge encouraged him to explore Wills in the mid 90’s. In preparation for leaving the safeguarding role Steve launched the business. The Mental Capacity Act introduced Lasting Powers of Attorney and the work Steve had previously completed gave him a valuable insight into how people can be safeguarded via Lasting Powers.
