Arts Development at Derby City Council aims to bring out the capabilities and possibilities of the arts in a range of contexts. These include health, communities, education and regeneration. We work with a range of partners to develop activities that will enhance the lives of residents and the experience of visitors.

We provide advice to artists, organisations and community groups. This can be about how to develop a project, reach an audience, get some funding, set up a group or meet the right people. We aim to encourage creativity and the opportunity for all Derby’s communities to participate.
