Blythe House Hospicecare, based in Chapel-en-le-Frith in Derbyshire, offers free, individualised, holistic care and support to anyone in the High Peak and surrounding areas who is affected by life-limiting illnesses, such as cancer, COPD, heart failure, and neurological conditions like motor neurone disease.
