BELPER ARTS FESTIVAL is community based and run by volunteers. In 2015 it will take place between 3 May and 25 May. It will feature a wide range of events including the BELPER ARTS TRAIL, THE BELPERAMBLE, BELPER OPEN HOUSES ART plus music, theatre, film, literature, photography, dance and comedy at venues across the town.
