Accessible Derbyshire is a registered charity (no: 1155675) which aims to improve the lives of disabled people, their families and carers living in or visiting Derbyshire and the Peak District.
At its heart is a 'one-stop' website: www.accessiblederbyshire.org showcasing the best in accessible leisure and tourism in the area.
We work with local people with access needs to inform and inspire them to enjoy all that Derbyshire has to offer and with local organisations to identify ways in which they can improve access, fundraising with them provide the solutions.
Our 2 year 'Big Push' initiative aims to make this area the most accessible in the country!
