'Where the Bodies are Buried' with crime novelist Stephen Booth

Crime novelist Stephen Booth talks about the importance of the Peak District locations in his Cooper and Fry series. A chance for readers to ask questions about those places they recognise from the books and get a copy of the latest Cooper and Fry novels signed by the author.

Stephen Booth is a former newspaper journalist and the author of 18 novels in the best-selling Cooper and Fry series, set in the Peak District. Described by the Sunday Telegraph as "one of our best story tellers", he has won awards on both sides of the Atlantic, and his books are sold all around the world, with translations in 16 languages. His latest title ‘Drowned Lives’ is a standalone novel with a historical theme. Stephen is also a director of Writing East Midlands and runs many courses and workshops for aspiring writers.

Doors open at 2.00 pm when light refreshments will be served, the talk will begin at 2.15 pm .

Booking is essential as places are limited, tickets include complimentary light refreshments.
