Easter Family Fun at the West Shed Museum, Midland Railway: Creative Crafts and Trains!

Children's activities
Join us for family fun during the Easter holidays at the West Shed Museum!

Come and see our historic steam locomotives and railway carriages then get creative with our craft activities:
- Make a 'junk model' train.
- Have a go at Easter themed activities.
- See our model railway in action, play with our toy train sets and sit on our miniature engine to pretend to be a train driver.

Craft activities will be available at the West Shed Monday to Friday between 26th March and 6th April 2018. Activities are mainly free but some may carry a charge for materials. Open 11am to 4pm - just drop in. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Elsewhere on-site:
- Trains will be running every day from Butterley Station (except Monday 26th March) and you can have a go at an Easter treasure hunt around the site (sheets need to be collected from and returned to Butterley Station).

For further details, train times, fares, etc. please see the Midland Railway-Butterley website: http://www.midlandrailway-butterley.co.uk

Please note that the West Shed Museum is a separate organisation from the Midland Railway-Butterley and therefore not involved in the operation of trains from Buttterley - please contact Butterley directly for any train related enquiries tel. 01773 570140.
