You will develop practical skills in drawing and painting in a variety of media (Watercolour, Oils, Pen and Ink, Acrylics, Charcoal) in a friendly, social environment in which to learn and gain confidence.

What can I expect to learn?
• Developing individual practical projects
• Develop skills in the use of pastels
• Develop skills in using watercolours and its uses in mixed media
• Using a variety of media e.g. acrylics, pencil, crayon, charcoal and inks to realise creative intentions
• Health and safety aspects associated with this subject area.

What will I need to provide?
Bring any art materials you may already have. Basic course materials are available at the centre for the first session if required.
Please wear old clothes or bring a shirt as you may get messy!
